Poor communication and service

Upon making the order, the online platform informed me it was available the next day for pick up, I went and it was not available. I followed up numerous times via telephone and no one answered and when they did warehouse couldn’t help me as they said they haven’t received the paperwork yet for they to release the item. After a week of back and forth and I showing up at the central warehouse, finally a Saturday I showed up and it was ready. Very poor service. After that experience I will not be buying anything from you all online again, only thing good about this experience was that I received the correct item.
