Item took way too long to get delivered.

My order was placed on the 16th of December and it was delivered on the 7th of January. Just because it's being delivered to Tobago doesn't mean it should take near a month for delivery. Very unacceptable especially after paying a 300 dollar delivery fee.

Service

The item is operating very well. The service to acquire the item was most terrible. After buying item online, 3 weeks and not an email, call or message. Trying to call has been the worst with no replies, a worker hanging up and if you got through they could not help. This is after calling multiple branches. In the end I took the chance and went to warehouse to pickup item in hope of no hiccups. I will NEVER purchase another item online from this establishment.
